11-party alliance holds rally in Jhenaidah on 2nd anniv ofJuly Mass Uprising

The 11-party unity alliance held a mass rally in Jhenaidah on the occasion of the second anniversary of the mass uprising. The rally was organized at the city's Payra square on Wednesday afternoon.
The meeting was presided over by District Jamaat-e-Islami Nayeb Ameer Abdul Alim, and Jhenaidah-2 seat MP and Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Jhenaidah District Ameer Ali Azam Md. Abu Bakar were present as the chief guest.
District Secretary Abdul Awal, Assistant Secretary Tajul Islam, Sadar Upazila Ameer Dr. Habibur Rahman, Harinakundu Upazila Ameer Babul Hossain, Shailkupa Upazila Ameer Matiur Rahman, City Ameer Advocate Ismail Hossain, Ganna Union Parishad Chairman candidate Dr. Monowar Hossain, NCP District Member Secretary Samachil Arefin Kaiser, District President of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement Saidur Rahman, among others.
The speakers at the rally demanded the implementation of the referendum, the implementation of the July Charter, and the trial of the July genocide. At the same time, they urged the government to take necessary steps to implement the spirit of the July mass uprising.
Leaders, activists, supporters of the 11-party unity coalition, including people from different classes and professions, participated in the rally.
