Strong protest against news against executive engineer of Barishal EED

Executive Engineer of Education Engineering Department (EED), Barishal Md. Shahidul Islam has strongly protested and condemned for the news published in several regional newspapers and online portals recently. He has claimed that the news is completely baseless, false, fictional and purposeful.
In a rejoinder, Executive Engineer Md. Shahidul Islam said that a special interest group is trying to tarnish his administrative image and humiliate him socially. Such misleading propaganda is being carried out by providing incorrect and misleading information to media workers.
He clarified that every development project run by the Barishal office of the Department of Education and Engineering is being implemented by ensuring government regulations, 100% transparency and accountability. Some contractors and vested interests, aggrieved by not getting illegal and unethical benefits, are raising such imaginary allegations. There is no basis for allegations such as raising fake bills, demanding commissions or abusing administrative power.
Referring to the issues raised regarding the use of GD and rest houses as part of a conspiracy, he said that a group is trying to spread confusion by taking a strict stance to maintain discipline in the department and ensure the quality of the government's development work.
He strongly condemned this false and fabricated propaganda and urged the public and all concerned not to be misled by the propaganda.
