Discussion meeting on establishment of new secondary school held in Kalia

A discussion meeting was held on the establishment of a secondary school in Mathabhanga village of Baranal Iliachabad union of Kalia upazila in Narail.
Shikdar Noor Jalal, a retired army man of the area, donated his own one and a half bigha land for the establishment of the school. The discussion meeting was held in the Mathabhanga Government Primary School room on Tuesday evening.
Deputy Administrative Officer, Divisional Commissioner's Office, Khulna and social worker Md. Mizanur Rahman presided over the discussion meeting held under the chairmanship of Molla Saidur Rahman, former headmaster of Mathabhanga Government Primary School, prominent social worker (2022 national level best intellectual philanthropist) and enlightened Masud Mahmud were present as chief guests.
Maulana Abdul Aziz, senior teacher, Panchpalli Secondary School, Mohammadpur, Kalia, Narail gave a welcome speech about the importance of establishing a new secondary school. Others were addressed by Maulana Habibur Rahman, teacher, Khamar Parokhali Secondary School, Kalia, Narail.
Educationist Hiru Mollah, Social Worker Mahfuzur Rahman, educationist Maulana Obaidullah, Mohtamem, Mathabhanga Solemania Samchul Uloom Madrasa Farooq Hossain educationist, Shikdar Tyebur Rahman, Rajapur village social worker Abu Taleb Munsi, journalist Golam Rabbani, Gopalganj. Academician, (former student of Dhaka University) President, Mathabhanga Government Primary School, Molla Moniruzzaman, prominent social worker, politician and academician Md Khairuzzaman were present.
