Women’s eyes are Promethean fire
Burns the mind beyond repair.
Women’s eyes are so affectionate and powerful
When some silly reasons make them tearful.
Sometimes, only a peep of a pair of eyes
Can coax a mind to subconsciously utter nice.
A pair of lamp-black eyes can eclipse the sun
Or poison a mind that never smiles with any fun.
A pretexting glacé germinates rivalry and wage wars
Like Helen caused the Trojan War for years after years.
Sometimes, a spark of a glance can last forever.
And enslave a heart to live with and leave them never.
