Prof Al-Amin new Dean of DU Business Studies Faculty

Professor Al-Amin, Department of Accounting, Dhaka University, has been appointed as the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies. Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ABM Obaidul Islam appointed him on Sunday in accordance with Section 17(2) of the First Statute of the Dhaka University Order, 1973.
It is to be noted that he has been appointed as the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies for a period of not more than 90 days from September 3, 2026 or until the elected Dean joins the work (whichever occurs first).
