Reception to GPA-5 achievers at initiative of Satkhira Chhatra Shibir

Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir, Satkhira city, organized a reception program titled "Building Justice Bangladesh through Merit, Honesty and Patriotism" for students who achieved GPA-5 in SSC, Dakhil and equivalent examinations.
The reception was held at 8:30 am on Friday (September 25) at the Kazi Shamsur Rahman Auditorium of Al Amin Trust located in Munshipara, Satkhira town.
Principal Izzat Ullah, MP for Satkhira-1 constituency, was present as the chief guest at the event.
Saidul Islam, the central literary editor of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir, was present as the main discussant at the event.
Special guests present were Shahidul Islam Mukul, Ameer of Satkhira District Jamaat, Vice-Principal, Hafez Yusuf Islahi, Central College Activities Secretary of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir, Maulana Azizur Rahman, District Jamaat Secretary, Lecturer Omar Faruk, Satkhira City Jamaat Secretary Khorshed Alam, and Sadar Upazila Jamaat Secretary Maulana Habibur Rahman.
The program was presided over by Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir Central Executive Council member and Satkhira City President Mehedi Hasan and hosted by Satkhira City Secretary Md. Nurunnabi.
Chief guest, Principal Izzat Ullah, said, "Today's talent should not be limited to just getting a GPA-5; rather, this talent should be illuminated with the light of honesty and patriotism. It is never possible to build a just society and state without the combination of talent and morality.
Chief negotiator Saidul Islam said in his speech, "Students should not only be successful in academic results, they should also develop into ideal and characterful people. Islami Chhatra Shibir is working tirelessly to prepare students as patriotic citizens by creating a wonderful combination of talent and morality.
In the ceremony, students who achieved GPA-5 were awarded with commemorative crests, flowers, various Islamic books, pens, pads and invitation materials as honors and gifts.
During the discussion and gift-giving session, a delightful cultural program was held with performances by artists from the traditional cultural organization 'Kapotaksha Shilpi Gosthi Satkhira'.
