Newly -appointed UNO interacts with journalists of Pirgachha Press Club

A meeting was held with journalists of Pirgachha Press Club of Rangpur with newly- appointed Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Sheikh Md. Russel.
The meeting was held at the UNO office on Monday evening.
Pirgachha Press Club President Rabiul Alam Biplob (Kaler Kantho), Senior Vice President Fazlur Rahman (Bhorer Darpan), Vice President Harun Or Rashid (Amar Desh), General Secretary Abdul Quddus Sarkar (Sambad), Joint Secretary Ekramul Islam (Jugantar), Organizing Secretary Abu Raihan (Sakal Bela), Treasurer Monowar Hossain Sujan (NTV Online), Publicity and Publication Secretary Habibur Rahman Habib (Tista Sangbad), Office Secretary Manjurul Alam Milon (Bangladesh Bulletin) and Masud Rana (The Country Today) spoke at the meeting.
UNO Sheikh said in the meeting. Russell requested the active cooperation of media workers in the overall development of Peergacha.
At this time, journalists sought cooperation from each office by providing accurate and reliable information. Besides, they discussed various problems and development prospects of the upazila.
Upazila Engineer Asaduzzaman Jemi, Upazila Project Implementation Officer Altaf Hossain and Assistant Engineer Sanwar Morshed were also present at the meeting.
