Election campaign of Gulzar-Quddus-Monir panel of Vishwanath Pravasi Education Trust UK gets momentum

The election campaign of the Gulzar-Quddus-Monir panel of the Bishwanath Expatriate Education Trust UK was held at the Spice Lounge restaurant in Norwich, UK.recently and in the meantime campaign has gained momentum.
In the meeting, the panel candidates presented their views on the future activities of the trust, educational and social development, and organizational plans, keeping in mind the upcoming elections.
The program was jointly conducted by General Secretary candidate Abdul Quddus and Trustee Iftekhar Alam Mukul. It was presided over by Senior Trustee Waris Uddin.
Among the trustees who spoke at the meeting were current president Mafiz Khan, Faizul Haque, Mohammad Ali, Kalam Mia, Gias Mia, Accountant Azizur Rahman, Accountant Sirajul Islam, Delwar Hossain, Abdul Wadud, Kabir Mia, Shafiq Mia, Monir Uddin Sufi, Nazrul Islam Naju, Sadeq Ali, Abdul Wahid and Kamal Uddin.

During the election campaign, various candidates of the panel presented their plans and commitments. President candidate Gulzar Khan, Treasurer candidate Monir Ahmed, Vice President candidates Professor Farid Ahmed and Kabir Mia spoke.
Assistant General Secretary candidate Shariful Islam, Assistant Treasurer candidate Tofazzal Alam, Press and Publicity Secretary candidate Khaled Masud Rony and Cultural Secretary candidate Madris Ali Mofazzul also spoke.
Executive Committee member candidates Azizur Rahman Khan Raju, Mohammad G.A. Faisal, Shah Tajul Islam, Azizur Rahman Rumel, Ruhel Islam and Shamim Noor also expressed their opinions on the future activities of the trust in their speeches.
The speakers said that there is a need to make the educational and social activities of the Bishwanath Expatriate Education Trust UK more organized and dynamic. They mentioned that it would be possible to further expand the activities of the trust by utilizing the experience and organizational skills of the candidates of the Gulzar-Quddus-Monir panel. Presidential candidate Gulzar Khan said that he has implemented most of the promises made in the last election. If elected, he will take steps to expand the trust's scholarship programs in Bangladesh and play a more effective role in education, social activities and community welfare, he said.
