3 robbers arrested with goods in Lalmonirhat

Lalmonirhat Sadar Police Station raided the Fulgach area of Mogalhat Union and arrested 3 robbers along with the loot of the robbery organization while they were preparing for a robbery.
Under the direction of Lalmonirhat District Police Superintendent Md. Tariqul Islam, SI (Retd) Md. Jewel Chowdhury, along with other officers, conducted a special operation on Sunday, October 5 at around 1 am by Lalmonirhat Sadar Police Station Police.
Accused .Md. Bellal Hossain (41), son of Md. Kalai Sikder of Harbait area of Joydebpur upazila of Gazipur district, was preparing to commit a robbery from a dirt road at a place called Sonar Dighi Par in Fulgachh Mouza of Mogalhat Union.
Md. Ashid Miah (27), son of Md. Ishaq Miah, and
son of Md. Saidul Islam of Durakoti area of Lalmonirhat
were arrested and 4/5 unidentified robbers managed to escape. A red colored bolt cutter machine with an iron handle, a red and green colored towel, an iron pipe, a large white cast iron, a wooden-handled knife, a wooden-handled hatchet, 04 nylon ropes, a sky-blue colored itel button phone, a green colored old used battery-powered auto-mixer rickshaw, and a blue colored 6-wheeled old used pickup truck used for robbery were recovered from the arrested accused. A case has been registered against the accused.
