World Teachers’ Day observed in Dimla

With the theme “Teachers are the architects of nation-building,” World Teachers’ Day 2025 was celebrated with due dignity and enthusiasm at Dimla Upazila in Nilphamari district.
Teachers from primary, secondary, higher secondary, graduate, and technical institutions across the upazila participated in the event.
The program was graced by Md. Imranuzzaman, UNO of Dimla, as the chief guest, while Ms. Afroza Begum, Upazila Secondary Education Officer, presided over the discussion meeting.
Speakers at the event emphasized that teachers are the conscience of the nation and the driving force of development. They urged for safeguarding teachers’ dignity and rights to ensure further advancement of the education system.
