Islami Bank customers protest in Barishal demanding illegal staff layoffs

A protest and human chain program was held at the initiative of the Islami Bank Customer Forum Barishal demanding immediate dismissal of 11,000 officials and employees illegally appointed by the usurper S Alam. About a hundred customers participated in the program in front of the Sadar Road Town Hall in the city at 10 am on Monday.
The protest rally was led by the leader of the Consumer Forum, Md. Abdul Razzak. The leaders of the Islami Bank Consumer Forum, Mahmudul Hasan Kamal, Abdur Rahim, Md. Saleh Uddin, Maulana Shahadat Hossain, Mir Mahbubur Rahman, Abdul Hai, Mahadi Hossain, Md. Ibrahim and many others spoke.
The speakers said that in the past few days, the illegal occupant of the fascist government, S Alam Group, has appointed 11,000 employees without a recruitment test. Those who have no qualifications cannot be re-appointed and their appointments must be canceled. These fascist accomplices must be expelled from Islami Bank immediately and the institution must be free from corruption.
