'SUST Autodrive' compete finals of international mobility competition

Shahjalal University of Science and Technology students' team 'SUST Autodrive' will compete in the finals of the international mobility competition 'Bosch Mobility Challenge-2024' held in Romania.
'SUST Autodrive' team will compete there as only team from Bangladesh. This matter was confirmed on the website of 'Bosch Mobility Challenge-2024' last Friday.
'SUST Autodrive' team member Shafi Abdullah said, 'SUST Autodrive' is a team of students from SUST who are particularly interested in developing automated driving technology and autonomous vehicles.
At the 'Bosch Mobility Challenge', our team won over the judges with innovative ideas, designs and methods. Our main objective was to create a vehicle that could systematically interact with traffic signals, road conditions and other vehicles to drive safely and efficiently.
Shafi said, this journey was not easy for us. After a series of technical questions and several rounds of interviews, the organizers selected us to participate in the final round of the competition. In this case, the organizers sent us a 1:10 scale car from their company for testing our code and all other technologies. With this car, we will actually participate in the final round, which will be held in Romania.
