Charghat Teachers Association has brought allegations of irregularities against Upazila Education Officer (UPEO) of Charghat in Rajshahi.

The teachers’ association has complained of several irregularities against UPEO as transfer of teacher, allocated of government and delay of various official activities.

Mustafizur Rahman Talukder has taken charge of UPEO in Charghat upazila on 23 August 2022. He has been accused mellifluous irregularities during of awomi league government. At list 500 teachers has appointed over the 73 government primary school under charghat upazia in Rajshahi.

Those teacher are very much sufferer official activities by neglect of UPEO. He does not agree to work of the teachers. However, he does not allowed discussed any topic of education institutions with the teacher associations Secretary of Charghat Teachers Association Abu Hasnat Shahim (Teacher of Patiacandhi Govt. P. School) said, become a long time he is accused of mellifluous irregularities. He calls upon a fake order and throwing the teachers. UPEO has making order without official papers. He also helps the outer teacher to appoint in Charghat.

On the other hand, President of teacher association Shahdat Hossan (Teacher of Zaforpur Govt. P. School) told the correspondent of Asian Age a total 2 teacher doing service in Charght education institution without government rules and regulations. He wanted 15thousand taka for fire equipments without official orders. At list 50 teacher vaccines in Charghat education institutions but he does not process the system. He could not agree to conversation with the teacher association. Finally, he had shown his power of UPEO.

In this regard, UPEO said, nothing can be done. He is servicing under in commend of DG. There is no way to do anything. The 15 thousand taka has demand by officially. However, this order has been canceled yet. Further, if any requirement has forward by the head office will be pressed the matter.
