Housewife died in fire in Brahmanpara

A housewife Beethi died after a fire broke out while cooking in Brahmanpara, Cumills on Saturday night while undergoing treatment.

According to the sources of the family and local people, on the afternoon housewife Beethi (22) caught fire while cooking, and several parts of her body were burnt.

Later, his relatives rescued him and took him to Cumilla Medical College Hospital. The doctor on duty saw his condition deteriorating and sent him to Dhaka Sheikh Hasina Ban and Plastic Institute. Her death cast a shadow of mourning in the area. Jamshed Alam of Sahebabad Dakshinpara village of Beethi Upazila has a wife and a daughter.

In this regard, local chairman Monir Hossain Chowdhury said that while cooking, Jamsed's wife caught fire and almost part of her body was burnt.
