TV Actor Azadur shot at his residence in Ashulia

Azadur Rahman, a popular television actor, has been shot and injured by miscreants at his residence in Ashulia. His mother and wife were also injured in the attack.
The incident took place at around 2:45 AM on Sunday.
Family members said that Azad was shot mulitple times in his both legs when he entered a kitche room of his house hearing noises from the room.
Hearing the gunshots, Azad’s mother and wife rushed to the scene but were also assaulted by the miscreants. The attackers then fired several more rounds before fleeing.
Later, Azad, along with his injured mother and wife, was taken to a private hospital in Uttara for treatment.
Md Nur Alam Siddique, officer-in-charge (OC) of Ashulia Police Station, confirmed the incident, saying a case is filing on this matter & investigation is continued.
