Bangladesh Jamaat -e -Islami, Shyamnagar organised a press conference on Saturday in Shamnagar upazila of Satkhira on the activist conference at its office.

Speaking at the press conference, Upazila Amir Maulana Abdur Rahman said the workers conference of Bangladesh Jamaat -e -Islami, Shamnagar Upazila will be held at Nakipur Govt Haricharan Pilot Model Secondary School ground on Sunday morning.

Assistant Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat -e -Islami Maulana Rafiqul Islam Khan will be present as the chief guest at the activist conference. Central Executive Member Principal Izat Ullah, Khulna Region Team Member Muhaddis Hafez Rabiul Bashar, Satkhira District Amir Prof Shahidul Islam Mukul, District Naeem Amir Sheikh Nurul Huda, Dr. Mahmud, Md. Islam, District Assistant Secretary Lecturer Omar Farooq and Jamaat of the district and upazila Leaders Upazila Amir Maulana Amir will preside over the meeting.

He further said that the female activist at 9am and the male worker conference will be held at 2pm. Through the press conference, the outline of the development of Shamnagar upazila will be informed. Shamnagar will be planned to transform a model upazila and to restore the rights of the people. About 17 years later, the Jamaat -e -Islami Shamnagar Upazila activist conference is being held. He said the activities of the organization would be further dynamic through this staff conference. All preparations have already been completed. Former MP Ghazi Nazrul Islam was the chief guest at the press conference.

District Working Assembly Member Lecturer Abdul Jalil, Shura Member of the District Unit Maulana Abdul Majid, Amir Maulana Mainuddin Mahmud of Upazila Jamaat, Lecturer Mohsin Alam, Maulana Abdul Hamid were present.
