Based on the allegations that two assistant teachers of a government primary school in Nilphamari Jaldhaka were strategically elected as the president and vice-president of the managing committee and the educationist, in the light of the investigation report, despite receiving an investigation notice from the district and upazila primary education officers, a Dakhil Madrasa superintendent has filed a time petition seeking to suspend the investigation process one day before the specified investigation working day for strategic and invisible reasons.

It is alleged that the same Madrasa superintendent has previously suspended three investigation processes for corruption through financial transactions.

The incident occurred at Laxmimarai Ahmadia Dakhil Madrasa in Shimulbari Union of the upazila. Based on the complaint, it is known that on December 1, 2018, Madrasa Super Kabir Uddin called for a nominal managing committee election, without evaluating the donor members and ignoring the electoral schedule and policies of the managing committee, using his power to take financial benefits at night and through irregularities and trance, formed a managing committee by placing two assistant teachers of a government primary school in the committee. In this regard, the donor members and guardian members filed a written complaint with the Department of Secondary and Primary Education, DC Office, Deputy Commissioner, District, Upazila Secondary and Secondary Education Office and requested for necessary action against the cunning and corrupt Madrasa Super, subject to a proper investigation of the incident, and for his removal.

In light of the complaint, after receiving investigation letters from multiple offices, the cunning Madrasa Super Kabir Uddin has been covering up the investigation process through financial transactions. So far, there are allegations that Madrasa Super Kabir Uddin has suspended three separate investigation activities through financial transactions. According to sources, an investigation letter signed by Nilphamari District Primary Education Officer Rabiul Islam was issued on June 29, 26.

The investigation order mentioned that a complaint has been filed in this office against Parveen Akhter, assistant teacher of Laxmi Marai Government Primary School in Jaldhaka Upazila, and Ariful Islam, assistant teacher of Rajbari Government Primary School, regarding the secret nomination of president/electrician in Laxmi Marai Ahmadiya Dakhil Madrasa outside the rules. As a result, the Jaldhaka Upazila Primary Education Officer has been asked to investigate the incident thoroughly and submit a report within three working days. The memorandum of which is No. JPRSA/Nil/2026/825/1(2). In the second phase, on July 23rd, under the direction of the District DC and DD, an investigation letter signed by Upazila Executive Officer Janatul Ferdous Happy was issued and an investigation was directed to the Upazila Secondary and Primary Education Officer. It was mentioned that the situation of the first member of Lakshimarai Ahmadia Dakhil Madrasa has been investigated on the spot and an investigation report has been submitted within the next seven working days. On the other hand, an investigation letter signed by Upazila Primary Education Officer (Acting) Abdus Samad was issued on July 30th, at the instigation of the District DD Education Officer.

The subject of the investigation was the investigation of the complaint of government primary school teachers having their names on the committee of the Madrasa under MPO grant. The memorandum No. Uprasiya/Jol/Neel/2026/606. The said investigation letter has been asked to be collected from the office of all the concerned departments, including the complainant, the two accused teachers and Madrasa Super Kabir Uddin for their kind information.

It is alleged that although everyone concerned came to the primary office to receive the investigation letter, Madrasa Super Kabir Uddin did not accept it for some unseen reason and strategic trick. Rather than accepting the investigation letter, he made several applications to the Upazila Jamaat office, the CO office of the UNO office, the Secondary office and the Primary Education Officer to delay the investigation.

In this regard, donor member Mahabubar Rahman told the media that Super Kabir Uddin, who is prone to corruption, is a cunning and cunning personality. To delay the investigation, he made several time petitions and requested time, then paid money and suspended the investigation.

There is no account of how many investigations he has stopped in exchange for money so far. Upazila Primary Education Officer (Acting) Abdus Samad told Yuger Alo about the issue and suspension of the investigation letter, Madrasa Super Kabir Uddin came a day before the investigation working day and requested 25 days to postpone the investigation. When this correspondent asked whether your two assistant teachers had asked for time during the investigation, Education Officer Abdus Samad said, "My primary school teachers did not apply, but the superintendent applied to postpone the investigation. The matter is mysterious to me. If there is a letter of investigation, they will not get any more opportunities." It is alleged that Madrasa Super Kabir Uddin used his power to nominate a government primary school teacher and secretly formed a managing committee with financial benefits.

When an investigation notice came from several related departments, Super Kabir Uddin left the educational institution and worked day and night to obstruct and postpone the investigation. It is learned that Madrasa Super Kabir Uddin had to face a lot of personal anger for giving the institution's facilities to a teacher who was arrested by the police. In this regard, Laxmimarai Ahmadiya Dakhil Madrasa Super Kabir Uddin said, I applied to the USPRABI office a day before the investigation for time for investigation.

When asked what difficulties he had shown in the application, Super Kabir Uddin said, "I am busy now, we will talk later." In this regard, UNO Jannatul Ferdous Happy said, "I was not aware of such activities by the Lakshmimarai Ahmadiya Dakhil Madrasa Superintendent. An inquiry letter was sent, but the report has not yet come. Necessary action will be taken after a proper investigation into the incident."
