RCC mobile court to stop unlicenced autos in Rajshhai City

A mobile court was conducted under the leadership of Rajshahi City Corporation Executive Magistrate Sadia Afrin to stop unlicensed autos and charger rickshaws plying in Rajshahi metropolitans from Nagar Bhavan to Sapnachura Market junction.
A total 3 cases were filed under Section 92 (3) of the Local Government (City Corporation) Act 2009 and Section 24 (1) of the Mobile Court Act 2009 due to lack of license renewal and valid documents for the battery-operated charger rickshaws from 3 people on Monday is realised.
A person was arrested for selling dead beef in Raninagar and Talaimari bazaars and sentenced to 5 days rigorous imprisonment without paying a fine of 5 thousand rupees. Also, all illegal structures on both sides of the road from C&B intersection to Shishu Academy intersection were cleared and the seized goods were kept at designated places in Nagarbhaban.
On due time Senior Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Liaquat Salman, RCC Veterinary Surgeon Dr. Farhad Uddin, concerned officers and members of law enforcement were present during the operation.
