After creating a model for not catching hilsa during the breeding season, Joint Secretary to the government and Member of the Mongla Port Authority (Finance) Kazi Abed Hossain has now invented a model for nationwide price control.

He was also part of the discovery team of the tourist spot Nilachal in Bandarban in 2003. He implemented the model of not catching fish during the breeding season for 4 consecutive years without spending government money. Following this model, the activities of not catching hilsa during the breeding season have accelerated since 2011. He was awarded the government's gold medal in 2009 for inventing this model.

On Sunday afternoon, he presented his model for controlling prices to journalists at the auditorium of the Mongla Port Authority.

At that time, he said that after sending his invention from the Mongla Port Authority to the Ministry of Shipping, it was sent to the Council of Ministers after analysis. From there, it was sent to the Ministry of Commerce. He said that the letter has given instructions to take necessary steps.

He also believes that if this is implemented nationwide, the government will be successful in controlling commodity prices.

If commodity prices are controlled, the country will move forward to a very high level in a very short time, development will be possible.

Because the model of commodity price control will not require government money, additional manpower, or the creation of new laws. It will be easy for the common people to understand and can be implemented immediately.
