PBI investigating attack on journalist Tuhin

Police Bureau of Investigation ( PBI) has been investigating the recent attack on a journalist at Begumganj in Noakhali.
PBI OC Subas Chandra visited the spot on Saturday and talked to the witnesses.
It is alleged that due to the news published under the title "Fire in a house belonging to a minority in Kadirpur, Begumganj, Noakhali", the journalist of the English daily The Country Today, District Correspondent of the national daily Bangladesh Samachar published from Dhaka, the district representative of the popular online portal Pally News, a member of the Noakhali Press Club came under attack of juvinile gang led by an UP chairman.
The victim journalist Md. Badiuzzaman (Tuhin) expected fair justice through PBI investigation.
PBI conducted a spot investigation and sufficient witness evidence was found in this connection, sources said.
