LGED holds monthly progress review meeting in Barguna

The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), Barguna, held its monthly progress review meeting for September to evaluate ongoing development initiatives across the district on Thursday.
Presided over by LGED Barguna Executive Engineer Mehedi Hasan, the meeting was attended by upazila engineers, assistant upazila engineers, and project consultants serving across Barguna Sadar, Amtali, Taltali, Betagi, Bamna, and Patharghata upazilas.
During the session, Executive Engineer Mehedi Hasan comprehensively reviewed the progress of active infrastructure projects and directed all officials and contractors to strictly adhere to project timelines while maintaining high construction standards. Emphasizing the necessity of routine field supervision, transparency, and punctuality, he instructed field officers to ensure that public infrastructure works are completed efficiently without compromising structural quality.
