Nebulous, a science-based voluntary social organization, started its journey for the first time in Manohardi Upazila of Narsingdi in a colorful event with the theme of "Integrated effort in talent development".

As a completely non-political voluntary organization, the organization emerged with 11 members of the organization through a doa mahfil at an elite class restaurant in Chalakchar of the upazila for the first time to develop the talent of students through informal science education programs.

Former Assistant Curator of National Science and Technology Museum and present Assistant Director (Administration) of Shah Amanat International Airport (Chittagong) Mr. Muminur Rashid served as convener.

It is attended by other members working in various government and private institutions in the committee. They are Mahmudul Hasan Kausar, Abu Bakar Siddique, Istiaq Ahmed, Ashraful Haque Robin, Shafiqul Islam, Saikat Ahmed, Raufur Rahman Mridul, Hasibul Sarkar, Kausar Mahmud Kamal and Jobair Mahmud Sourav will serve as member secretary.

Notable activities of 'Nebulus' social service organization include intellectual development of students, building a science based society, science based competitions, olympiads, quiz competitions, vocational activities, subject based seminars, practical camps for technical knowledge development, building a knowledge based society by organizing social awareness programs. The organization works in lobby.

It will also work to provide educational support programs (scholarships, educational materials, and special incentives) among poor meritorious students.

The convener and founder of the organization told The Country Today that they established this organization out of social obligation.
