DU VC meets US Fulbright expert

US Fulbright expert Dr. Albert James Arnold Jr. met Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan at his office on Tuesday.
Dhaka University Pro-Vice Chancellor (Admin) Prof Dr. Saima Haque Bidisha, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) Prof Dr. Mamun Ahmed, Treasurer Prof Dr. M. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury and some teachers were present.
During the meeting, they discussed the feasibility of undertaking a project titled ‘Maximizing Accreditation Scope and Ranking Potential’ to improve the quality of education and research at Dhaka University. Under this project, the US Fulbright expert will provide guidance to Dhaka University teachers and researchers on various issues including international rankings, self-assessment and research documentation.
Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan thanked the guest for coming to Dhaka University and expressing deep interest in the university's education and research activities.
