Drug dealer Asim Sardar arrested with 200 liters of liquor in Boalkhali

Police arrested a drug dealer named Asim Sardar (48) along with 200 liters of liquor in Boalkhali on Friday.
In this regard, Asim was sent to the court after filing a case under the relevant section of the Narcotics Control Act.
Earlier on Thursday (November 21), he was arrested while selling liquor in the Taltal area of Popadia Union of the upazila.
Arrested Asim is the son of deceased Sona Sardar of Sardar Para of North Kanjuri Village of Ward No. 9 of Sarwatli Union.
Sub-Inspector (SI) of Boalkhali Police Station Farrukh Ahmad Minhaj said that Asim Sardar was arrested while selling liquor in Popadia Taltal area of the upazila on Thursday (November 21) night. Meanwhile, 200 liters of domestic brewed liquor in plastic bags were seized from him.
