District Fertilizer and Seed Monitoring Committee meet held in Sherpur

A meeting of the district fertilizer and seed monitoring committee was held in Sherpur on Monday noon at the conference room of the district administration.
Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Farida Yasmin presided over the meeting, which placed strong emphasis on intensifying overall monitoring and coordination to ensure that farmers receive fertilizers and seeds easily, on time, and at fair prices. Relevant departments were directed to work in an integrated manner to promptly resolve any issues concerning fertilizer and seed supply.
The meeting was attended by key officials, including the Deputy Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension, the Deputy Director of Local Government (DDLG), the Additional District Commissioner (General), the Deputy Director of BADC, the BCIC buffer stock in-charge, the District Seed Certification Officer, the Sherpur Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer, upazila agriculture officers from all five upazilas, and the Additional Superintendent of Police, alongside other concerned administrative officials.
