40th anniv of Daily Dinkal celebrated in Dinajpur

A cake cutting ceremony and a short discussion meeting were held in Dinajpur to mark the 40th anniversary of the daily Dinkal newspaper.
A cake cutting and discussion meeting was held at the Dinajpur Press Club auditorium on Tuesday at 11 am.
Sadiq Riaz Chowdhury, Member of Parliament for Dinajpur-2 (Biral-Bochaganj) constituency, spoke as the chief guest at the cake cutting and short discussion meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Mahidul Islam Ripon, the Dinajpur district representative of the daily Dinkal. Among others present were former convener of Dinajpur district Chhatra Dal and district BNP member Mostafa Kamal Milon, president of the Dinajpur Journalists Union Mofachhilul Majed Nayan, and convener of the Dinajpur district branch of Amara July Joddha Shahin Hossain.
Dinajpur Press Club Executive Member Shahariar Hiru, Dinajpur District Correspondent of Daily Karatoya, BSS Dinajpur Correspondent Rustom Ali Mondal, Bhorer Darshan Dinajpur Correspondent Saheb Ali, Ajker Business Bangladesh Dinajpur Correspondent Wahedur Rahman, Daily Morning Glory Dinajpur Correspondent Abu Kawsar, Dinajpur Correspondent of Daily Pran, Masudur Rahman Jan, and journalists from various local print and electronic media were present at the event.
