A discussion meeting, prize distribution ceremony, and doa mahfil were held in Faridpur to mark the holy Eid-e-Miladunnabi (Sa.).

The event took place on Wednesday. at 11:30 AM at the auditorium of the Faridpur District Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center.

Organized by the Islamic Foundation's Faridpur District Office with the cooperation of the Faridpur District Administration, the program featured discussions on the sacred life, ideals, and monumental contributions of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Sa.) to humanity.

Faridpur Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Mazharul Islam attended the event as the chief guest.

Presided over by Mohammad Yasin Molla, Deputy Director of the Islamic Foundation in Faridpur, the meeting was addressed by Hafez Maulana Tabibur Rahman, Imam and Khatib of the Faridpur District Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center; Maulana Kabir Ahmed, Imam and Khatib of the Kamalpur Moyez Monzil Jame Mosque; and Md. Russel, Field Officer of the Faridpur Islamic Foundation.

The program commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, conducted under the joint moderation of Md. Yunuch Ali Mondal, Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist, and Maulana Md. Ruhul Amin, Master Trainer of the Islamic Foundation.

During the welcome address, speakers elaborated on the lifestyle and teachings of the Prophet (Sa.). Following the discussions, prizes were distributed among winning students who participated in various competitions, including Kirat (Quran recitation), Hamd-Naat, and essay writing held across different educational institutions.

The event concluded with a special doa and munajat seeking peace, prosperity, and welfare for the country and the nation.
