Dhaka District SP inaugurates sentry post to strengthen infrastructure, security

Dhaka District Police Superintendent Shamima Parveen inaugurated the newly constructed Sentry Post No. 02 at the Dhaka District Police premises on Wednesday, as part of ongoing efforts to modernize security infrastructure and improve operational facilities.
Speaking at the inauguration, police officials noted that the new sentry post was established under the strategic planning and directives of Superintendent Shamima Parveen to enhance campus security, streamline access control, and provide an efficient working environment for police personnel on duty.
The inauguration of Sentry Post No. 02 is expected to optimize security protocols, strengthen institutional capacity, and support district police forces in executing their law enforcement duties with heightened efficiency and professionalism.
