Day-long 'Pitha Festival' by RSB in Srinagar

A 'Pitha Festival ' and cultural event was organized in Srinagar by "Roktodatar Sondhane Bikrampur" (RSB).
The festival was officially inaugurated on Saturday morning at the Srinagar Pilot School & College field. The event became lively with joy and celebration, drawing a large crowd from various backgrounds.
Throughout the day, the festival featured traditional Bikrampur-style pithas (cakes), cultural performances like songs and dances, and various engaging activities. A wide range of pitha stalls (nearly 50) were set up, showcasing Bikrampur's rich culinary heritage.
RSB President Md. Muhit Islam, General Secretary Md. Billal Hossain, Joint General Secretary Priyonti Akter, and Organizational Secretary Mohammad Shibgatullah were present at the event alongside other members of the voluntary and social organization.
Additionally, a free medical camp was set up by Famous General Hospital, offering blood group tests, diabetes check-ups, blood pressure monitoring, and dental check-ups for visitors.
Mithul Hossain, Founder and Director of RSB, extended his warm greetings to the invited guests in a special message during the festival.
