BRUR gets new VC

Md. Shaukat Ali, Professir of Mathehemstics Department of Dhaka University has been appointed new Vice-chancellor in Begum Rokeya University on Wednesday with the approval of the President and the Chancellor of the University.
His tenure as Vice-Chancellor will be 4 years from the date of joining, the notification said. In the above post he will get pay and allowances equivalent to his present post. He will enjoy other benefits pertaining to the post as per rules.
He shall be permanently stationed in the campus of the University as the Chief Executive Officer of the University and His Excellency the President and the Chancellor may cancel this appointment at any time if necessary.
