Amar Ekushey observed in Louhajang

On the occasion of the great Martyrs' Day and International Mother Language Day, Louhajang Upazila administration, teachers, journalists, and leaders of various political parties paid tributes to the language martyrs.
On Wednesday morning, a morning procession (Prabhat Feri) led by UNO Md. Nesar Uddin started from Malir Angka Bazar and ended at the Upazila field. Several students from different schools in Louhajang also participated in the procession.
Earlier, at 12:01 AM, the Upazila administration, led by UNO placed floral tributes at the Shaheed Minar. During the tribute by the Upazila BNP, former State Minister for Health and Convenor of Munshiganj District BNP, Mohammad Mizanur Rahman Sinha, was present.
Louhajang Government College, Bikrampur Press Club, Louhajang Press Club, and various educational institutions paid homage to the martyrs by placing flowers at the Shaheed Minar on the Day.
