3-month-long cleanliness drive begins at Netrokona University to prevent dengue

As part of the nationwide national dengue prevention and cleanliness campaign, a 3-month-long cleanliness drive has begun at Netrokona University.
Sunday.
The program was inaugurated at the premises of the TSC and Cafeteria Building (Academic Building) of the university's permanent campus.
The cleanliness drive was officially inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Dr. Md. Khaled Uzzaman.
At this time, teachers, students, officials and employees of the university participated in the cleanliness drive.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Khaled Uzzaman said, administrative initiatives alone are not enough to prevent dengue. In addition, every member of the university family, including teachers, students, officials and employees, needs to play a conscious and responsible role. In addition to keeping the campus environment clean, he emphasized the destruction of dengue breeding grounds and maintaining cleanliness from their respective positions.
On behalf of the university administration, he called on teachers, students, officials and employees to regularly keep the campus environment clean, not allow water to accumulate anywhere and take necessary precautions to prevent dengue.
