Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami's Central Executive Council member and former acting secretary general and Jamaat-e-Islami's nominated national parliament member from Rangpur-2 Badarganj-Taraganj constituency ATM Azharul Islam said, change in the fate of people is not possible without the implementation of Islamic law. For this, all patriotic and honest citizens must gather under the flag of Islam to build a corruption-free humane society according to the provisions of the Al-Quran.

He said these  while speaking as the chief guest at a road meeting organized by Jamaat-e-Islami in Balapara More Bazar of Madhupur Union of Badarganj Upazila of Rangpur on Friday afternoon and in the evening at the Pakarmatha Bazar area of the union branch.

Jamaat-e-Islami Madhupur Union Branch President Mohammad Abdul Quddus presided over the program, with Jamaat-e-Islami Badarganj Upazila Ameer Maulana Kamruzzaman Kabir, Upazila Nayeb Ameer Shah Mohammad Rostam Ali and Upazila Secretary Professor Maulana Minhajul Islam as special guests. Among others, the president of the youth department of the Upazila Jamaat, Vice-Principal Mohammad Masud Hasan Rana, president of the youth department of Madhupur Union Branch, Millat Hossain, president of the Islami Chhatra Shibir Badarganj Upazila Branch Mohammad Mujahidul Islam, president of the Madhupur Union Branch of the Workers' Welfare Federation Mohammad Badal Mia, etc.

At this time, ATM Azharul Islam said, to ensure the rights of the people, the July Charter must be given a legal basis. The participation of the people in this fascist-free country, which was achieved in exchange for the blood of thousands of youth, must be ensured.

He said, in the next election, you give me love and opportunity. I want to serve you. I promise that if I am elected, not a single taka of your deposit will enter my pocket. If you vote for an honest person, the area will develop with honesty and integrity. No one will get a chance to loot. Therefore, to build a corruption-free Bangladesh in the future, everyone must gather under the flag of Islam and vote with a clear majority.

Earlier on Friday morning, Central Executive Council member ATM Azharul Islam spoke as the chief guest at the Union Women's Responsibilities Rally in Baluavata area of Badarganj Municipality. Jamaat-e-Islami Badarganj Upazila Ameer Maulana Kamruzzaman Kabir presided over the rally.
