3 arrested with local weapons, cannabis, Yaba in Narail

In Kalia Upazila of Narail, a joint forces operation led to the arrest of three individuals—Md. Roni Sheikh (37), Md. Khairul Molla (45), and Md. Insan Sheikh (21)—along with local weapons, cannabis, and Yaba tablets.in the early hours of Saturday .
Joint forces conducted raids on two houses in Bongram, Chachuri Union, Kalia Upazila, seizing a significant quantity of local weapons, Yaba, and cannabis, and arresting the three individuals.
OC of Kalia Thana, Md. Abdullah Al Mamun, confirmed the incident.
The arrested individuals are Roni Sheikh, son of Md. Mosharraf Sheikh, and his brother Insan Sheikh, both from Bongram, Chachuri Union, Kalia Upazila, along with Khairul Molla, son of Abu Taleb Molla from the same village. According to joint forces sources, acting on confidential information, raids were conducted on two houses in Bongram, Chachuri Union, resulting in the arrest of the three individuals with local weapons, illegal cannabis, and Yaba tablets.
The seized items include two bamboo shields, one Chinese axe, one machete, two hockey sticks, 500 grams of cannabis, 44 Yaba tablets, one knife, one pen camera, one digital camera, one weighing scale for cannabis, and one hasua (sickle).
