Jamaat MPs visit venue of 11 party’s public meet in Rangpur

11 parties have organized a Rangpur divisional general assembly on July 11 at the Rangpur Zilla School Ground with the 4-point demands of immediate constitutional reform, implementation of the July National Charter and referendum verdict, implementation of the Teesta Master Plan immediately, stopping the killing and push-in of Bangladeshis at the border, and alleviation of the suffering of the people and the increase in the prices of daily necessities including fuel oil.
With the aim of making this assembly a success, the leaders of the 11-party alliance visited the assembly ground on Sunday noon.
A divisional general assembly will be held on July 11 at the local district school ground with the 4-point demands in Rangpur. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer and Opposition Leader in Parliament Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, LDP Chairman Colonel Oli Ahmed, NCP Member Secretary Akhtar Hossain and other central leaders of 11 parties will address this grand rally. Jamaat-e-Islami Central Assistant Secretary General and Rangpur Dinajpur Region Regional Director Maulana Abdul Halim will preside over the grand rally.
To make this grand rally a success, an 11-member management committee has been formed under the leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami Central Working Committee member and Rangpur Metro Ameer Maulana ATM Azam Khan. The members of this committee inspected the preparations of the ground in Bikare on Sunday.
At this time, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Central Working Committee Member and Assistant Regional Director of Rangpur-Dinajpur Region Principal Maulana Momtaz Uddin, Central Working Committee Member and Rangpur-Dinajpur Region Team Member and Rangpur-3 Sadar MP Prof Mahbubur Rahman Belal, Central Working Committee Member of Jamaat-e-Islami, Rangpur Metro Ameer and Chief Coordinator of 11 Parties Vice Principal Maulana ATM Azom Khan, Metropolitan Assistant Secretary and Rangpur-1 Gangachara Constituency MP Prof Maulana Raihan Siraji, Metro Secretary KM Anwarul Haque Kajal among others were present.
