Various programmes to celebrate youth festivals were held in Charghat Upazila district of Rajshahi. Upazila administration organized the programs. On due time, newly appointed Charghat Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Jannatul Ferdows was present as chief guest.

On Wednesday morning, UNO emphasized that youth energy should be used for social development. Teachers should play a crucial role in educational institutions. We need to utilize the talents of children from a young age. Childhood and adolescence are the times for developing children's intellect. If we provide them with complete education during these formative years, we will receive a better society and nation in the future.

Everyone learns about cleanliness from their families. People of all professions live in society. Everyone must develop the habit of cleanliness from their own places. Then the country will change naturally. Furthermore, journalists in various print and electronic media are the lifeblood of the country. We have high hopes from them for society and the country. In addition, however knowledge and various information can be obtained at home said UNO.

At that time, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Arif Hossain, Agriculture Officer Al Mamun Hasan, Secondary Education Officer Sohel Rana, and Youth Development Officer Md. Sarwauddin expressed their speech. The program was conducted by Secondary Education Supervisor Rahidul Islam as officials various officer of the departments were present.

Following the program, UNO attended a meeting with the heads of all secondary schools in upazila. The meeting discussed preparations for the 53rd Winter Sports Competition. On the other hand, as part of the cleanliness drive, all officials and employees of the Charghat Municipality participated in the program. Led by Charghat Pouro Executive Officer Mubarak Hossain, all officials and employees began wide cleanliness program in Upazila.
