View exchange meet held with chairman of Bandarban Hill District Council in Alikadam

A view exchange meeting was held with the chairman and members of Bandarban Zilla Parishad along with officials of various departments, civil society and public representatives of Alikadam Upazila of Bandarban.
In the morning of 23rd January (Thursday), Alikdam Upazila Nirbahi Officer Abdullah Al Mumin presided over the meeting held in the hall of the Upazila Council. Bandarban Hill District Council (Interim) Chairman Professor Thanjama Lusai was present as the chief guest at the meeting.
After the introduction of all present, Chaikshyong UP Chairman Zainal Abedin, Headman Anghlachi Marma, anti-discrimination student representative Riazul Hasan, Alikadam Bazar business representative Sahab Uddin, Alikadam Press Club President Mumtaz Uddin Ahmad, Upazila Jamaat Ameer Maulana Masuk Ahmad, Upazila BNP Senior Joint Convener Zulfikar Ali Bhutto gave brief speech.
Earlier, Chairman Thanjama Lusai Alikdam visited St. Mary's School, Alikdam Upazila Health Complex. At this time, he inquired about the treatment of patients under treatment in the hospital.
In the exchange meeting, the leaders of different levels made various requests for the welfare of the development progress of Alikdam upazila from their respective positions. In particular, it is proposed to privatize Alikadam College and boost the tourism sector of Alikadam district, to take measures to prevent human trafficking.
The chief guest said in his speech, as human beings we are all equal, we get many requests from many people and we will try to do as much as possible in our short time. He advised to present all the problems of the district in written form.
