Jaintapur Tamabil Highway Police seize 90 bottles of Phensedyl

The Tamabil Highway Police conducted a raid in Jaintapur and seized 90 bottles of Phensedyl.
Highway Police sources said that at around 10:30 pm on Wednesday, based on a tip-off, a check post was set up in the Katagang area of the Sylhet Tamabil Highway and the Highway Police conducted a raid led by OC Mohammad Habibur Rahman and seized 90 bottles of Phensedyl from a CNG-powered auto-rickshaw without a number plate. At that time, the drug dealers saw the police check post and fled, abandoning the car along with Phensedyl.
Tamabil Highway Police OC Mohammad Habibur Rahman said, "We immediately set up a check post after receiving the tip-off." When the vehicle checking began, the clever drug dealers seized a CNG-powered auto-rickshaw with phensidryl.
A case is in the process of being filed in connection with the recovery of phensidryl.
