Barishal new DC met with martyr Abir's family

Abdullah Al Abir (24) was shot dead in a clash in Baridhara area of the capital on the afternoon of July 19 during the Anti-discrimination Student Movement.
Abir used to work at the private North South University. He died on the morning of July 20 while undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit (ICU) of the hospital.
On Wednesday at 12:30 pm , the new Deputy Commissioner Barishal Mohammad Delwar Hossain met with the family members of martyr Abir and talked to his father Mizanur Rahman at the house named 'Mahmudaloy' on Gorachand Dash Road.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioner got emotional after hearing the death of Abir. Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioner inquired about Abir's family and also handed over a basket of fruits along with financial support to Abir's father. The Deputy Commissioner expressed his determination to always stand by the family of 'Shaheed' Abir.
Abir's paternal uncle's house on Gorachand Dash Road. Abir grew up here. Their village home is in Chinnarkathi village of Babuganj upazila.
