China wants to be the first in the ranks of the superpowers, and the United States wants to maintain its dominance for many years.

An example of this could be Deepfake and Deepsec. Deepfake technology has become a name of discomfort in the present time. It has become a disgust for the normal life of people. While the United States is competing with the world with this Deepfake technology, China's Deepsec technology. As America is concerned about the harmful effects of this technology, it is also making strong efforts to suppress China's progress in this sector as much as possible. In a short time, it has risen to the top of the list as the most downloaded free app on Apple's 'App Store'. It was invented by 39-year-old Chinese technologist Liang Wenfeng. It cost only 6 million dollars to build. Deepsec was downloaded in the United States, China's competitor.

The financial market has also been shaken by this. Technically, it has surpassed DeepFake in popularity. It has proven to be less expensive and more effective. This little-known Chinese startup app called 'DeepSec-R One' has put rivals like Google and OpenAI in a tough challenge. By reducing the need for high-end chips, Nvidia has proven that it is possible to achieve success in the AI sector without a big budget or top-quality chips. According to analysts, DeepSec's success indicates a major change in AI technology and the market. Although the United States is not worried about DeepSec, it cannot be denied that China is outdoing the United States. However, artificial intelligence like DeepFake or DeepSec has now been widely chosen by people as a tool for cyberbullying and cybercrime, and due to this, many countries are banning or demanding a ban.

The Chinese AI company DeepSec, which has recently caused a stir around the world, has been under restrictions in various countries. Australia, South Korea and Taiwan have already restricted or banned the use of DeepSec's AI, citing security concerns. The Australian Home Affairs Ministry said the Chinese company was creating an 'unacceptable security risk'. According to them, DeepSec's 'massive data collection' and 'the risk of data being used at the behest of foreign governments' could threaten Australia's security. This is undoubtedly competitive for the United States and Donald Trump has said so. This will also encourage the United States and other countries to innovate technology at low cost. This will be competitive and as a result, technology will be more accessible and less expensive. Science and technology have made people's lives easier, smoother and more meaningful. Technology companies are trying to make it a little easier. Although this science and technology have made people's lives and even human civilization extremely annoying and brought them to the brink of destruction. Whatever this deepfake or deepsec is, it has been criticized from the beginning of its use. Technology is the rise and technology is the destruction. AI or artificial intelligence is all around us. The United States has a fairly single-handed dominance in this competition. China has now reached there. China is at the top of the list of tariffs that have started since Donald Trump came to power. That competition can also be seen in artificial intelligence. According to experts, China has left the United States behind in that race. New technologies and innovative strategies will challenge US dominance and intensify global technology competition. The emergence of DeepSec is a new milestone for the AI sector.

This tecnology is now a name of fear all over the world. Now, perhaps the name DeepSec will be added to it. Recently, in the era of the triumph of Artificial Intelligence, the word deepfake is being discussed almost constantly. Everyone from famous celebrities to politicians are being harassed by this deepfake. Women are becoming more victims of this technology. Adult videos are being made with pictures of women's faces and are being spread online. It is a situation where you are instantly reduced from hero to bottom. But it is not you or you do not know anything about the video at all. This is being done with the help of AI, i.e. artificial intelligence. Deepfake and deepsik is a program that is created using 'deep learning technology', a type of artificial intelligence. Basically, this method manipulates audio, video and images to create content that is impossible to tell if it is real or fake. Deepfake technology was first promoted in 2017 and is very real through artificial intelligence; In any case, whether it is deepfake or deepsik, it is not only being used for good purposes.

Like the other ten technologies, this too will be used negatively. However, it should be noted here that after World War II, the United States and Russia began to compete for superpower status and influence. Although the United States took a step forward. That too in technology. In 1955, four days apart, both countries announced that they would launch artificial satellites into space. On October 4, 1957, the Soviet Union's artificial satellite Sputnik-1 took the world by surprise when it launched its first astronaut into orbit. It started when the United States sent the first astronaut to the moon, and the eyes of the world went wide. Russia too. Since then, the competition has been going on. Space, the universe, planetary conquest, research, bomb making, robotics and the latest artificial intelligence. Only in this decade has China joined it.

Basically, the main competition is with China. The more accessible the technology becomes, the more people will use it. Basically, a product comes into the reach of people and uses it based on its usage method, price, availability and reliability. DeepSec has now surpassed DeepFake. It remains to be seen whether this new technology will start a technology war between the two countries again.
