Fasting or Siam is the third of the five main foundations of Islam. Fasting is a obligatory worship during the holy month of Ramadan. It is obligatory to fast on an adult, knowledgeable person in the eyes of Islam. During the holy Ramadan Muslims are completely away from all kinds of food and drinking water from Subah Sadek to sunset every day. In the holy Ramadan Muslims are away from sins and all kinds of enjoyment too. Fasting is a worship that enhances the spiritual development of the individual as well as the close relationship with the Creator. Fasting is not just part of religious rules. Its prevalence is also a large part of science and health policy. Fasting also includes physical and mental benefits. Every year every devout Muslim during Ramadan fasts as a religious worship for the grace of the great Creator. According to modern medical scientists it is not necessary to eat and drink too much for a long life. Basically eating moderately is the key to longevity. Filling the stomach brings danger to people eating. For better health we need one-third of the abdomen should be kept empty for water and one-third of the breathing. Throughout the year the organic poison accumulated in our body as a result of eating incorrect and adulterated food. Those adulterated is seriously harmful to the body.

One of the biggest benefits of fasting is that those organic poisons is easily eliminated by one month of fasting. Not only from a religious point of view, but also in scientific view, the benefits of fasting are immense. Fasting fulfills the damage to the human body. Liver blood circulation is faster through fasting, so that the fat, muscle protein, glands and liver cells are stirred under the skin. The fat that causes damage to the body can be found to meet the needs of the body during fasting. As a result the nutrition of important cells will provided. During the fast, the stomach, intestines, liver, heart and other organs are resting due to the closure of all foods at a specified time. Then these organs can be engaged in the reconstruction of themselves. Modest diet has special importance for the preservation of the internal instruments of the body and the safety of the heart. Fasting also helps to cure diseases such as lung cough, solid cough, colds and influenza. The brain and the nervous system are most enlightened due to fasting. Roger also has mental benefits with the physical benefits. During fasting, stress hormone emissions decrease, which enhances the brain's functionality. Since fasting is a religious worship, regular fasting can feel emotional tranquility. This reduces the tendency of suicide among people. Ulcer patients feel comfortable fasting. Fasting is also beneficial for patients with heart disease, high blood pressure and asthma. The turmoil and anxiety of the minds of the fasting people are eliminated-which is good for high blood pressure.

Also, fasting is very useful in the early stages of diabetes. Meanwhile the cells of the body are resting during fasting. At this time the body is detoxified and the immunity cell is newly created. There are some growth hormones that increase at this time, which helps to lose weight. However, the body does not get benefits due to unhealthy eating and lifestyle. On the contrary the body's immune system is further reduced and the body becomes ill easily. In addition excess eating causes stomach problems, gastric problems. Fasting is the best way to keep the body good. Fasting makes the body healthy. The importance of fasting is immense in keeping the body beautiful and healthy. Fasting plays a very important role for a beautiful healthy body. Fasting does not harm the human body. Different wastes and harmful substances rotate in our blood. Fasting is the biggest weapon for purifying this blood. Proper fasting increases the life expectancy of a human being and makes him live long. If fasting is done in the right way, then it will definitely lose weight.

A fasting person can be transformed into a slim, smart person by shaking excess weight. This creates opportunities for various positive effects on the body. Due to the abdomen is empty in the fast, the digestive acid of food is slow at this time, which helps to eliminate digestive problems. Those who have excessive food habits will be able to get out of this bad habit because of this regular fasting. In addition, fasting plays an effective role in getting rid of any intoxication. Medical science research has also proved that Tarabi prayers increase the functioning of the heart and strengthen the muscles of the body. Tarabi prayers make the blood flow more active. It is also helpful for proper blood circulation and breathing processes. Tarabi prayers help reduce pain in the back, joint and muscle. The importance of fasting is immense for the purpose of success in life. Islam is the key to happiness and welfare. As a result of the pursuit of Siam, we will be a healthy and sacred spirit. May Allah grant us Taufiq for performing Siam and Tarabi beautiful and properly. Amin.
