The Upazila administration is regularly monitoring the market from Ramadan to keep the prices of essential products to be tolerated in Chandanis in Chittagong.

A fine of Tk 21,000 has been collected in the relevant section of the Consumer Rights Protection Act 20 10 by conducting a mobile court at Dohazari Municipal Bazar of the upazila on Monday from 9am to 2pm.

Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Diplomacy Chakma of Chandanish Upazila conducted the operation.
