Two killed in Pirganj road accident

Two people were killed in road accident in ccording on Saturday afternoon on Panch Matha road of Khalashpir-Vendabari road in Pirganj Upazila.
Eye witnesses said, when the motorcycle coming from Anandnagar reached Panch Matha, motorcyclist Abdus Sattar Fakir (45) was killed on the spot and the other motorcycle passenger Yusuf Ali was killed on the spot when the motorcycle running from Vendabari ran from Vendabari and ran towards Khalashpir. (35) was seriously injured. Later, the pedestrians rushed the injured Yusuf Ali to Rangpur Medical College Hospital in an auto rickshaw, but the injured Yusuf Ali also died on reaching Mithapukur area.
The deceased motorcycle driver Sattar Fakir is a resident of Kashimpur village of No. 9 Sadar Union of Pirganj Upazila and the deceased Yusuf Ali is a resident of Kherua Alampur village of No. 5 Madankhali Union of the same upazila.
