
Iftar Mahfil of Railway Journalist Assoc held

The Railway Journalist Association (RJA) organised Iftar Mahfil was held on Saturday at the Asian SR Hotel and Restaurant on Chittagong City Station Road.
Journalists, politicians, public-private officials working in various media in Chittagong took part. Iftar was organized at the meeting.
The president of the organization SM Pintu presided over the meeting organized by Ghias Uddin Liton, the senior journalist Farooq Iqbal, the founding president of Chittagong Reports Forum, Kazi Abul Mansur, senior journalist of the Chittagong Reports Forum, Kamal Parvez, Nurul Amin Mintu, Kamal Uddin,BNP leader and former president of Firingi Bazar Ward BNP Aktar Khan, Vice -President of the Cab Chittagong Divisional Committee President SM Nazar Hossain, BRIL Chittagong President Selim Patowari.

The speakers urged journalists to play a stronger role in restructuring Bangladesh in changing circumstances.
He also promised to move forward by highlighting the socio -economic development and tourism potential of Chittagong to the government.
Journalist leaders assured all kinds of assistance to make the organization more accelerated by seeking the overall welfare of the RJA.
He also urged the members of the organization to organize more training workshops to improve the professional standards.
