Two-day Information Fair inaugurated in Barishal

The two-day Information Fair 2024 was inaugurated by the Conscious Citizens Committee Barishal on Monday in collaboration with the District Administration Barishal at Ashwini Kumar Hall.
The Fair was inaugurated by the chief guest, Deputy Commissioner Barishal Mohammad Delwar Hossain by cutting the ribbon.
The program was presided over by the President of the Conscious Citizens Committee, Barishal, Principal (Retd) Gazi Zahid Hossain. Civil Surgeon Barisal Dr. Maria Hasan, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Barisal Upma Farisa, Cluster Coordinator-Civil Engagement TIB Md. Firoz Uddin, along with officials of government and private organizations, members of the Conscious Citizens Committee Snac and the Yes Group were present as special guests.
The guests discussed various aspects of the Right to Information Act. The two-day fair also features institutional information and documentary presentations, anti-corruption quizzes, debate competitions, and cultural programs. There are 21 stalls at the fair.
