I want to work with everyone for development of Bagerhat : Former MP Selim

After 18 years, former MP of Bagerhat Sadar constituency, freedom fighter M.A.H. Selim, has announced that he will return to Bagerhat and work with everyone for the development of the area.
Former district BNP president, prominent industrialist, chairman of Silver Line Group M.A.H. Selim, who reached Bagerhat on Monday afternoon, said in his speech as the chief guest at the reception ceremony at Belayet Hossain Degree College established in the name of his father.
He said, after 18 years, I have been able to come to my native area, Bagerhat. You know how much work I have done for the development of Bagerhat. The development works of Bagerhat taken up during the BNP tenure had come to a standstill. Now I want to take the unfinished works of Bagerhat with you. He also announced that no looter, extortionist, terrorist, or tender-maker will have a place next to me. Thousands of people were present at the reception venue at that time.
The reception was presided over by Belayet Hossain Degree College Principal Md. Jahangir Hossain and it was attended by, among others, former vice-president of the district BNP and former chairman of Kachua Upazila Sheikh Nazrul Islam, former president of the district Jubo Dal Fakir Tariqul Islam, Mehbubul Haque Kishore, Sheikh Mahbur Rahman Tutul, former president of Kachua Upazila BNP Professor Sikder Nurul Amin and General Secretary Sheikh Habibur Rahman
