Three female drug dealers arrested with Phensedyl in Rupganj

Rupganj Police arrested three female drug dealers with 155 bottles of Phensedyl in Rupganj, Narayanganj.
The three female drug dealers were arrested from the Mahmudabad Tongir Ghat area of Murapara Union of the upazila on Sunday morning based on a secret tip-off.
The arrested are Fatema Akhter alias Kaniz Fatema (30), wife of Rakibuz Zaman Roni of Mahmudabad area of Murapara Union, Srabanti Akhter (20), wife of Anik, and Nilufar Yasmin (50), wife of Kamal Hossain.
Later, the arrested were sent to Narayanganj District Jail on Sunday afternoon.
OC of Rupganj Police Station Tariqul Islam said, we have arrested three female drug dealers by conducting a drive based on a secret tip-off. At this time, 10,700 taka in cash from drug sales was seized. The husbands of both are absconding. The arrested have been booked under the Narcotics Act and sent to Narayanganj District Jail. Such operations will continue.
