Satkhira Dist Sramik Dal distributes food to needy on Ziaur Rahman's martyrdom anniv

On the occasion of the 44th martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman Bir Uttam — the proclaimer of Bangladesh’s independence, initiator of multi-party democracy, and founder chairman of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) food was distributed among the needy in Satkhira.
The event was organized by the Satkhira District Sramik Dal on Friday noon at the Sangita Mor area of the city. The food distribution program was presided over by Satkhira District Workers' Party President Abdus Samad.
Among others present at the event were Sheikh Milon Hossain and Md. Ibrahim Khalil Tutul, Vice Presidents of the District Sramik Dal, Md. Miyaraj Ali, Organizing Secretary, Mizanur Rahman, Office Secretary, Sheikh Mamunur Rashid, President of Sadar Upazila Sramik Dal, Md. Monirul Islam Moni, General Secretary ,Rezaul Islam Reza, Convener of the Municipal Sramik Dal, Md. Shahadat Hossain, Joint Convener, Tofur Ali, President of the District Imarat Sramil Dal and Ibrahim Gazi, General Secretary of the VIP Satkhira branch of the Nationalist Truck, Tractor, Covered Van and Lorry Sramik Dal as well as various leaders from the district, upazila, and municipal levels of the BNP-affiliated Workers' Party.
