Red Crescent Society discussion held in Joypurhat on 'July Uprising Day'

A discussion meeting was held in Joypurhat on the occasion of 'July Mass Uprising Day 2026' on August 5 with the theme 'Humanity, Sacrifice and Contribution of Martyrs to National Consciousness'. The event was organized by the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society Joypurhat Unit at the Red Crescent Building in the district town.
Md. Masud Rana Pradhan, Administrator of Joypurhat District Council and Chairman of Red Crescent Society Joypurhat Unit, was present as the chief guest at the event.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Md. Matiyor Rahman, Vice President of the Red Crescent Society Joypurhat Unit. Unit Secretary Mr. AHM Obaidur Rahman Sweet, Executive Committee members Shariful Islam, Parvin Banu Ruli, Khalilur Rahman, Youth Chief Arafat Hossain and local Youth Red Crescent volunteers spoke as special guests.
At the end of the discussion meeting, the chief guest and other guests presented projectors to the volunteers.
