Rapist killed in mob beating over rape incident in Gaibandha

A six -year -old child was killed in the rape of a six -year -old boy in Palupara village of Katabari union of Gobindganj upazila of Gaibandha on Saturday night.
The deceased was identified as Abel Mia, son of the deceased Kasem Ali of the same village. Govindganj Police Station OC Bulbul Islam confirmed the matter on Sunday morning.
Locals said that on Friday afternoon, Abel Mia of Palupara village, a 4 -year -old boy from the same village, raped and raped him at his house. Later, when the child was ill, the family learned of the matter from him and admitted him to Govindganj Upazila Health Complex. His father made a written complaint at the Govindganj police station.
On Saturday night, locals saw Abel Mia wandering around the area and arrested him and arrested him. On receiving the news, Govindganj Police Station rescued the injured and admitted to the Upazila Health Complex when the duty doctor declared him dead.
Govindganj Police Station OC Bulbul Islam said, the accused Habil Mia was killed in the Ganpituni of the area. His body was recovered and sent to Gaibandha District Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
